  1. It was passed by President Ford and the criteria includes: physical disability, possible cause of disability, strengths and weaknesses, educational category, services required, and reasonable predictions of academic success..
  2. The Maryland Technology Assistance Program (MD TAP) continues its mission to provide a statewide, consumer responsive system of technical assistance for individuals with disabilities.
  3. The CEC is a professional organization that improves outcome of individuals with disabilities. Services include: journal articles, conventions, speaker, and professional resources. It is located in Virginia.
  4. Lack of training and support or educators and paraprofessionals
  5. Students wishes should be included in IEP planning, vocational services are defined, and number of service hours should be based on max hours needed.
