How to make a Table in word:

• Once in WORD go to the location you would like your table to be inserted
• From menu bar ->Table->Insert->table
• Tell how many columns and how many rows i.e. this has 5 columns and 3 rows

• Click fit column width (for now this is all you need and this will be less frustrating — as you advance you can try the other options)
• If you want the table to look like above ® click OK
• If you would like other choices ®click Auto format and look through each choice to see which you would like. Here are some examples:

• Highlight the choice you would like and then click OK
• Once your table is inserted start inserting your data/information
• click inside each “cell” to add text
• any changes you have in word (center, initialized, changing color and font and font size etc…) can be done to each cell
