EDUC 477/698O:

Assistive Technology/Universal Design for the General Classroom Settings

Session 6: What’s Available: Access to Print

December 7, 2006

Quick Links

Introduction:

This week begins our journey exploring samples of what is available in Assistive Technology tools. Many of these tools may seem more appropriate for persons with disabilities. However, in many cases these resources have now found their way into the general population arena. As you explore continue to ask yourself, How could this be beneficial to ELL students or the general classroom student?

While we explore, we will also in parallel continue to investigate multiple intelligences, different learning styles and differentiated instruction strategies to help ALL students.
